The annual Intergenerational Fairness Summit, co-hosted by the Intergenerational Fairness Coalition, serves as a launch pad for advancing intergenerational fairness and future generations policy in Australia.
The 2024 Summit brought together over 100 policy leaders, experts, advocates and academics, fostering collaboration and nurturing a unified movement for intergenerational fairness, championing policy innovations to protect future generations ahead of the 2025 Australian federal election.
It also served as a platform for joint action, forging shared advocacy positions and channelling insights directly into tangible reform, including the Wellbeing of Future Generations Bill introduced by Dr Sophie Scamps MP and seconded by Mrs Bridget Archer MP in February 2025.
